Reservation of donor semen (Clinics)

                                

The Reservation procedure are the same as when ordering for Delivery. Follow the reservation procedure step by step - click here. Start your serach by clicking Donor Search. Write the numbers of straws in the area "Reservation" instead of for "Delivery". 

Clinics can have as many straws in one deposit account as wanted. However, the clinic must manage the content of the deposit them self regarding who's who?

How much should I reserve?
We recommended to reserve at least 6 x ICI-MOT40, 12 x ICI-MOT20, 24 x ICI-MOT10 or 48 x ICI-MOT5 straws or 12 x IUI-MOT5, 6 x IUI-MOT10 or IUI-MOT20 or any other combination.  

Waiting list
Should the actual donor be sold out you can be registered on a waiting list. Contact Cryos. You will be contacted if there is later sperm free of quarantine or if other reservations are released/expire. 

Can the reservation be prolonged?
A reservation can always be prolonged. When the time is approaching for expiry we will send you a reminder.
E-mail reminders are free. Letter reminders will be charged EUR 7.50. Registered reminder will be charged EUR 15.

How can I have the reserved semen delivered?
When you need the reserved semen you must fill in an online Delivery Statement which allows us to send the semen to you.

Closing of a reservaton?
When you want to cancel a reservation we need a Termination Statement. When the reservation is closed you receive 75% of the purchase price refunded for the straws still in Cryos' position. Straws that has left Cryos' premises is not taken back for security reasons. The deposit fee is not refundable,
