Acute need for help

 
In case you need acute help outside opening hours:

Laboratorium:
In case you need urgent assistance for freezing of semen  in relation to medical treatment or surgery, please call the laboratory guard on duty on phone number (+45) 40 61 06 99.
In case of call-in duty outside normal opening hours a fee of DKK 2,000 is charged.

Office: 
We are not able to answer questions regarding products, orders, delivery, pick-up, documents, procedures, invoicing, payment, etc. outside opening hours. Please call phone (+45) 86760699 as soon as we open again or write us an e-mail to dk@cryosinternational.com with the text "URGENT" in the subject line. We will then handle your request as soon as possible.
